• Premium Cotton-Spandex Blend:
The fabric combines high-grade cotton with just the right amount of spandex, delivering a soft hand feel, excellent breathability, and lasting durability. The spandex content ensures a comfortable stretch without compromising the natural character of cotton.
• High-Stretch Performance with Superior Recovery:
Engineered for active wear, this denim offers exceptional elongation while maintaining outstanding shape retention. Unlike conventional stretch denims, it rebounds quickly after each wear, minimizing bagging at knees and seat areas, and providing all‑day freedom of movement.
• Classic Slub with Distinct Twill Character:
The slub effect is meticulously created through a specialized spinning process, producing irregular, slightly nubby yarns that form a rich, authentic twill line. This texture not only enhances visual depth with a subtle vintage vibe but also adds a tactile roughness that denim enthusiasts appreciate.
• Versatile Weight for Year-Round Use:
The fabric weight is optimized to offer a perfect balance—substantial enough for cooler days, yet light enough for spring and summer. Its woven structure allows air circulation while retaining warmth, making it an ideal choice for jeans, jackets, and casual bottoms across all seasons.

Rough Twill with Slub Texture
The twill weave gives the fabric a distinct diagonal grain, while the introduction of slub yarn breaks the flatness typical of regular twill. These slubs are not coarse in style but are fine-count, low-twist strands that create subtle, undulating surface effects. Unlike heavier slub yarns, this finer version does not produce a pronounced granular feel; instead, it adds a layer of visual complexity that keeps solid or dark-colored garments visually interesting without being flashy.
High Elastic Cotton-Spandex Performance
The cotton-spandex blend ratio has been fine-tuned to keep the elastic recovery rate within a controlled range. High-elastic spandex filaments are used with a specific draft ratio to balance extensibility between warp and weft directions. During actual wear, the fabric offers sufficient stretch without feeling tight or restrictive. Elasticity loss after repeated laundering is gradual, owing to the stability of the spandex covering process and the precise tension management during weaving.
Breathability & Wearing Comfort
Breathability comes from the yarn interstices of the twill construction and the micro-porous structure introduced by the slub yarns. Although the fine slubs add surface irregularity, these micro-textures actually facilitate air circulation, reducing stuffiness during wear. The hydrophilic nature of cotton ensures rapid moisture absorption, and combined with spandex's quick moisture release, the fabric performs well across spring, summer, and autumn seasons. Against the skin, the hand feel is soft and smooth, without the dry or tacky sensation often found in synthetic stretch fabrics.

Color Luster & Finish Effect
Color performance is closely tied to yarn sheen and dyeing/finishing processes. The relatively smooth surface of the fine slub yarns promotes even dye uptake, while the twill structure creates subtle light-and-shade variations at different viewing angles. The finished fabric exhibits a soft, muted luster—neither glaring nor dull—which is particularly suitable for classic shades such as navy, charcoal, and olive green. After mercerization, color saturation is further enhanced, and colorfastness reaches grade 4 or above, meeting the requirements for regular home laundering.

1. Can the stretch level be customized?
Yes. We can modify the spandex percentage and weaving parameters to achieve lower, medium, or higher stretch, as well as different recovery rates. Please provide your target elongation and desired hand feel, and our R&D team will tailor the solution.
2. What finishes and treatments are available?
We offer a wide range of finishes, including enzyme washes, stone washes, brushing, singeing, and resin finishing. We can also apply water‑repellent, anti‑pilling, or odor‑resistant coatings to meet specific end‑use needs.
3. Do you support custom colors, widths, and weights?
Absolutely. We can dye the fabric in any pantone color, produce widths from 130cm to 180cm, and adjust weights from 8 oz to 14 oz per square yard. Minimum order quantities vary by customization level—contact us for detailed MOQ information.
4. Can we print our own logo or brand label on the fabric or selvedge?
Yes. We offer customized selvedge branding, woven labels, and even jacquard patterns. For larger orders, we can also develop exclusive slub or twill designs. Please share your artwork or specifications, and we will provide samples for approval.
5. What about lead time and sample availability?
Stock samples are available within 3–5 working days. Custom development typically takes 10–15 days for first samples, and bulk production lead time is around 25–35 days after confirmation. We can expedite upon request.
