The mid-weight construction does not hinder elastic performance; rather, the moderate friction coefficient between yarns ensures a smooth stretching process, free from the common "tightness" sensation found in conventional cotton-spandex denim.

Hand Feel and Style

Through post-finishing soft treatments combined with mechanical pre-shrinking, the fabric acquires a relatively soft and supple touch. Compared to standard mid-weight denim, TR stretch denim exhibits a smoother surface and better drapability, wearing without stiffness or abrasiveness against the skin. This soft hand feel is not achieved by heavy softener application, but through a balanced rigidity-flexibility ratio inherent to the fibers themselves, resulting in slower hand-feel degradation over time.

Wash Resistance

Multiple home-laundering tests show that the fabric's dimensional change rate is controlled within low values. In terms of color fastness, the polyester component's good affinity for dyes ensures even fading after washing, avoiding the uneven whitish streaks or color blotching commonly seen in cotton-based denim.
